BOND ANNUAL SPRING LUNCHEON 2016

By Roberta Sigel, Luncheon Chairperson

The BOND Annual Spring Luncheon was held May 5th at the Minneapolis Marriott West in St. Louis Park.  After a warm welcome of members, guests and speaker, Beverly London installed the new incoming Board Members of 2016-2018.  A delicious lunch was served.

Cheri Rolnick knowledgeably substituted for her husband, Art, as our speaker on Early Childhood Development. She emphasized the research and importance of stimulation after birth to preschool. Formerly having served with the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, Art Rolnick is now affiliated with the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota where he is working to advance multidisciplinary research on child development and social policy.

A lovely day was enjoyed by all.

We are all now looking forward to the Book and Author Luncheon in August, and BOND'S Annual Fall Luncheon October 20th.  I wish you all a wonderful summer.
